2)  1/2 the rental fee if arrival is MORE than 1 month away.

Reservations require a 50% Rental Fee deposit by credit card or check (Payment by Check only possible if your arrival is at least 3 weeks away) at the time of making the reservation. Full payment is due if arrival is less than 1 month away. See Cancellation Policy for refund policy. It is your responsibility to  make sure your final balance is received at least 1 month prior to your arrival date. We recommend that you purchase Trip Insurance to cover potential financial loss. Cabin information and driving directions are emailed shortly after receipt of your payment.
Door entry code will be emailed about 1 week before your arrival.
